I placed an order on 11 May 2026 and still waiting for.
I tried calling and I was promised a call back and still waiting.
Two emails were sent and no reply.
Is this shop a scam.?

No response after payment - avoid if you need support

I had a bad experience with Fashioncrib SA. I placed an order and paid, but once payment went through I couldn’t get any response.

I tried contacting them through email, WhatsApp, and calls about an issue with my order, but received no reply on any channel. It feels like once you pay, customer support becomes unresponsive.

I’m still waiting for a response to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you need any after-sales support.

The communication between the company and myself was very swift which I appreciate.

Quick response when placing your order. There was constant communication on where the order was. Order was placed on Tuesday and Friday it was delivered. Super happy with the service. There was a follow up as well after the order was delivered. Super happy with the product too.
