Charged. But astronomical prices. I gave my car just enough charge to move to a cheaper station at the other end of town.

Hopeless. Charging rates (for Tesla capable of fast charging) around 65-110kWH. Won’t charge to 100%. Last time cut out at 75%, time before at 80%. My wife has had same problem. Avoid these clowns. Very expensive rate too.

Ik rijd sinds een kleine drie weken elektrisch. Fastned was mijn enige negatieve ervaring tot nu toe. Zeer ondoorzichtig over de prijzen en afrekening. Blij dat mijn laadpas inmiddels binnen is zodat ik nu overal kan laden en niet aangewezen ben op Fastned.

They advertise that you an join as a gold member and save 30% but they won't actually allow you to join it. Customer service is confusing and no support offered . I'll stick to the Ospray ones next to it. Fastned have lost a customer forever.

La conception des stations Fastned est généralement bien pensée, les bornes performantes et les prix compétitifs.
La possibilité de payer par carte bancaire est très pratique. Seul bémol : en utilisant ce moyen de paiement, la récupération de la facture peut être compliquée (il faut aller sur internet, trouver le bon lien, entrer les informations exactes de la session de recharge...).
En tous cas une valeur sûre en termes de fiabilité.

Put their prices up to nearly 80 pence per kWh. Blamed cost of electricity but charging stations next to this one are a fraction of the price for a similar speed. I've uninstalled the app and I'm never using this company again. Their prices puts cost per mile for my EV to that equivalent of a 6.0 Bentley continental (look it up yourself).... How do they get away with this? DISGUSTING

If you're thinking of buying Fastned obligaties, beware of the company structure and the total absence of any assets backing these obligations. All the money and assets sit in one entity, all the obligations are issued by a different legal entity that just builds out the infrastructure. Given the spamming of the public to invest in their bonds, and how many of their new bond issuance went to replace old ones that were coming due, I'm not investing as the risk is crazy relative to other options. They have no skin in the game, all the risk is on bond holders - that have zero assets backing their investment! Given the interest % they pay, Fastned could just get a secured or unsecured bank line for a little more... you should be asking yourself why they don't, and why they are pursuing the most difficult (and costly) placement option there is. If you think nothing will happen to you, you should read up on what is happening to Hunkemoller creditors...

Was charged £40 for a 42 minute charge. No charge for use, but flat £40 regardless of time/energy per use. Buyer beware!

The general customer support in english and the german one did not answer any of my 3 requests since June 2024.

Charging stations supposed to work with Chargemap cards, but did not. Instead, my girlfriend had to download the app, which required so much personal info it took a full 15 minutes to set up the account - in the DARK, as the automatic light timing of the station was set incorrectly.

Later, I spent several hours with Fastned support who said they could not resolve the issue with the Chargemap card, and gave up.

And for all this inconvenience, one of the highest costs per kWh.

Overall, quite a poor experience. Unfortunately, the location is useful to us, otherwise we would not return.

Het mooie design van de stations, de snelheid van de laders, het gemak van in te pluggen zonder een pasje te moeten scannen en vooral de uitmuntende betrouwbaarheid. Ook een heel goeie app en handig dat ze alvast in NL alomtegenwoordig zijn. Dat maakt elektrisch rijden er totaal triviaal.
