Absolute lifesaver at Chiang Mai airport in Thailand. So professional, so helpful. Sailed me through getting my luggage, immigration and animal quarantine services.
Amazing experience, Highly recommend!

Showed real promise with fast initial responses and guarantees. Unfortunately, the company then waited from Saturday to Monday to tell me that they were not going to accommodate me and that they are very busy.

I would not depend on them until they confirm, and maybe not even then.

As always was given a fantastic service from our greeter and makes travelling a much better experience. I’ve been using this company for years and they always go the extra mile to ensure whatever the issues they deal with and make sure we have a great service.

Can’t fault the service we received from Fast Track VIP. We have used them regularly for over five years for both business and family travel and they always go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly, even when we throw last minute travel requirements at them which happens frequently in our business.

As always a great experience with Fastrack VIP. All the services were arranged to a high standard and I was in and out of the airport quickly skipping all the queues.

The greeter was Fantastic he was waiting for me as soon as I arrived in Dubai at the Dubai International Airport, I skipped all the queues for luggage and security control I was first out of the airport from my flight.

This took all the stress out of my airport experience. I would 100% recommend using them and I will be using them again.

What a great experience.
A beautiful young lady picked us up and took us to our hotel.
We have mobility issues and all this was dealt with expertly.
She spoke perfect English and offered to meet us later on to escort us around the kasbah.

Very happy with the service from this company, especially when one of the directors offered to buy me a drink for being courteous with all staff. Courteous? It’s just common decency and treating people who do a good job with respect! Recommended.

Had a very bad experience and when told, the company were not interested in providing ANY compensation.

I have used meet and greet services many, many times and have always had a good experience, but not with this uncaring company.

Our meet and greet into Amsterdam was a disaster.

The greeter wasn't at the gate when we got off the plane, even after it took around 30 minutes to disembark. They say there had been a gate change but the aircraft had been at the gate plenty of time for the greeter to catch up.

I called the greeter, told her where we were and she didn't seem to know what day of the week it was and was talking to everyone in the background except for me.

I then had to call her 4 more times because she still hadn't turned up.

Eventually, we waited 20 minutes and she turned up with no buggy, for which we had paid an extra £100 so we had to walk all through the airport.

For £400 plus, we had nothing but a long wait, frustration and speedy passport control.

Desire our travel consultant agreeing with our complaint, all his efforts with the company did nothing to incline them to pay any compensation.

Amazing experience with Fastrack VIP. All the services were arranged very promptly and to the highest standard possible. My family and I had use of the meet and greet service for both the arrivals and departures and I cannot recommend this enough! Our holiday would not have been the same without this fabulous service provided by Fastrack VIP. Massive thank you to Charlotte, Craig and the rest of the team at Fastrack VIP who arranged everything for us. I wouldn’t travel without using this service now. I will certainly be recommending to all family and friends when they travel and would recommend anyone reading this review to use them also.

My 14 old daughter arrived to London on her Owen without adult companion.
In order to facilitate her arrival, I contacted Fastrack VIP Service,
From the initial request, throughout the coordination of her arrival, up until the reception at the Aircraft door by the greeter, Mr’s Venessa, Fastrack VIP Service was simply excellent.
Mr’s Venessa updated me on Realtime from the meeting by the aircraft, during the immigration process up until the arrival hall.
The Fastrack VIP team were Professional, responsive and client oriented.
I strongly recommend their services.

First time using Fastrack VIP and what an absolutely amazing experience it was. From pulling up in a taxi outside the airport doors to having our first drink in the lounge was 15 minutes tops. Our concierge was polite and professional, we didn't have to worry about a thing, he dealt with everything. I would recommend this Company to anyone, what a wonderful way to start your holiday.

I have used their services twice in 2017, May and November in my trip to Jakarta, Indonesia. On both trips I was greeted after I exited the plane by uniformed employees. They spoke excellent English and help me navigate through the arrival process - the longest wait was waiting for the luggage to come out on the belt. If I had traveled without luggage, I would have been outside in less than 10 minutes from exiting the plane. This service is well worth the expense. I will use them every time I return to Indonesia.

As an elderly passenger travelling alone Fastrack made the whole journey stress free. I was met on arrival at Heathrow and at the plane door in Charlotte. The return journey was the same. The agents meeting me were welcoming and helpful.

It took 13 minutes from being met at the kerbside until we were seated in the lounge! Couldn’t have been a more seamless experience. My luggage was over weight but with the knowledge of the greeter I had no excess backage to pay! Would never visit another Airport without taking the services of Fastrack VIP! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
