The skip was delivered exactly as planned and left on my drive leaving plenty of room for my car to get on and off.
I was not done with it in 7 days so I called them for a week extension, which they granted with no problem.
The fact that you can pay with klarna helps with the cost.

Skip ordered for Friday phone call to say that they could not deliver until Monday, skip did not arrive on the Monday. Called contact centre you said they were an overflow line and would get someone to call me back. No phone call recieved. Skip eventually arrived Tuesday afternoon with an apology for being a few hours late. When told it should have arrived the day before driver states we weren't on the list for Monday. Delivery driver was apologetic and nice he would have got 5 stars

Fast Skips Over Promised & Under Delivered.

This company has a weeks notice to deliver my skip. I deliberately set it to be delivered the day before I cleared out garage.

At 12:41 on the expected date of delivery, I contacted them for a timescale update - I was told somebody would call me back - but they never did.

Fast forward to 17:00. the office is closed, I have no skip, I received no call back and zero correspondence. I am LIVID! I have been planning this for weeks and coordinated with other people to help me with my clear out - and now I have to cancel everything.

**UPDATE**
I began calling Fast skips at 7am because their opening hours on Google indicate this is when they’re open from - that’s a damn lie!

Got through to an advisor who was ill trained in conflict resolution and LISTENING skills! Spoke to the manager who agreed to issue a refund.

Literally 2 minutes later, the skip arrives 🙄 so I had to call the manager again.

This company is disorganised, chaotic and they don’t communicate with each other. If you want a professional seamless service, Fast Skips do the exact opposite!

Highly recommend had it delivered on the Thursday was collected on the Monday not bad price either

Competitive Price and on time delivery with a helpfully driver who placed the skip exactly where I wanted it, to make it easy to fill.

Good delivery and pick up service. Not great customer service. Wasn't informed about time Skip would be arriving on the day and no phone number readily available until you get the skip. Rang 2 different departments before getting through

Very professional

Worst experience I have had with a skip , will pay and use a local company next time rather than an agent placing orders with skip companies.
Skip booked and confirmed for delivery with a weeks notice, called on the day to say sorry we can’t deliver. Not the end of the world but lost the weekend I had set aside.
Collections however!!! Multiple promises for collection have been missed, I have a bathroom installer now at the house that needs his own skip and I still have a full skip on my drive now that’s been here 3 weeks.
I won’t be using fast skips again

they refuse to take instructions over the phone will only deal with internet , i wanted an exchange skip but was told it would take 6 days which is daft , who can wait this long for a second skip and to get original picked up , despite my best efforts they refused to budge so i contacted another supplier who was there within an hour, beware if your in the middle of a job and you happen to need another skip you,ll be disapointed

Delivered a little bit late but really good customer services team to help with the collection and arrangement thereafter

The service from Fast Skips was acceptable, but the subcontractor they used — Goldings — was by far the worst skip company I’ve dealt with. They refused to collect the skip on the first attempt, claiming it was overfilled, and issued a steep £204 charge as a result. On top of that, I was charged an additional £24 for a so-called “prohibited item.”

I’ve used many skip companies over the years with similarly filled loads and have never encountered issues like this. The charges felt excessive and poorly justified. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Damaged my hedges when taking my skip away. They took nearly two weeks to pick skip up and didn't mention they damaged my hedges they just drove off. Imagine the horror when I saw it.
