Brilliant service, lovely helpful staff on the phones, great customer service.

Staff who dropped off and collected the skip were friendly and helpful too.

We know where to get a skip from in future. I've also recommended and passed details on to family and friends 😊

Don't take your money and give a time of delivery then after that time say you don't do that area, just a bit of a shit way to do business. I could be wrong,

Skip was delivered and put on pavement blocking disabled access to the property. It was due to be picked up after 7 days however Called to have it collected as people have begun to thrown in their own rubbish was told within 5 days it will be collected and it still sitting outside after a further 7 days.

The skip was booked for Friday as I had a project planned for Saturday. All my materials were delivered and a mixer hired but no skip arrived. My Mrs called to enquire where it was and was told "sorry we have a driver off today, it will be Monday now" when I was told this I contacted the office and said Monday was unacceptable as I had plant on hire. The skip arrived at 07:45 on Saturday morning, so I'm glad I complained or my weekend would have been a disaster

2 days late delivering and then took 5 days to collect after requesting pick up.
Communication atrocious. Didn’t the even let me know if wasn’t coming on the second failed delivery day. Twice promised to call back to let me know what was happening and didn’t.
Seem to think that taking your money does not form a contract so they claim that they have no obligation to provide a skip.
And the guy who picked the skip up said it had been booked by a different agent, so Fastskips is an agent who books skips through another agent, so at least 3 companies in the mix to add to miscommunication and delay.

Asking for the skip to be collected is very poor service, it seems that it will only be collected when they are in your area and will not collect until then

Booked holiday to fill it paid for a permit information wasn't passed to skip company skip arrived 2 days late should have gone direct to skip company they were great

Great service, we have used the company several times in the last 12 months and have had no problems either with the on line ordering , the delivery or collection. The operatives have been courteous and helpful every time.

Easy to book and came very early in the morning without any issues. I actually didn't hear them come, just walked out at 6.30am and it was there. The price was a little expensive but most things are in lichfield although they were the cheapest in the area.

Easy to book online, gave good information on what can and can’t go in the skip.The skip was delivered nice and early on the day I requested.

Skips delivered and collected on time every time. When we asked for certain dates and times, they said they'd do their best, and always achieved our targets!

Skip arrived on time ( that's the 1 star) we are now 2 weeks overdue for collection. Skip is blocking my driveway and is now postponing work that should have started well over a week ago. I have called 3 times only to be told they will look into it and get back to me ( no one has returned my calls) I've also sent 3 emails and 2 messages via FB still no reply. I will not use this company again and I will not recommend these to anyone!! Skip is still sitting on my drive and I have no idea when it will be collected.

Skip was delivered when asked but seems to be a nightmare trying to get it picked up

Mega quick delivery but no one has picked this up and it is 6 weeks overdue.

No one responds to emails, phone messages, Facebook messages, nothing.

Maybe someone will see this and reply?
