DON’T EVER TRY BOOKING THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH NAS AND WHEN I TRIED CONTACTING NAS, THEIR CONTACT NUMBER IN UAE IS OWNED BY DIFFERENT PERSON.

SCAM!!

The meeting person was kind and polite but there is no fasttrack service at Heathrow airport I booked and paid for. Waste of money

Paid for fast track for 2 pax on December 30th 2024 - Arrived in Marrakesh on January 1st 2025 and there was not even the shade of an assistant, I even entered an argument with the ground staff at the airport passport control that stated that never heard of Fastback.aero
I have asked for a refund, waiting for a response

Paid company, received confirmation and of course, no greeter showed up…. It does seem this company is a scam that takes your money with no intention of providing service.

Their customer service is non existent, no one will respond…

Do not use this company. Twice had issues with meet and greet services for Marrakesh airport. Also any changes takes 72 hours for information to transmit from its Kuwait office to Morocco so impossible to guarantee. The online enquiry form does not work, there is no response to any complaints via email or any contact number. No refund.

I ordered fast track service for 2 persons to get service at CDG, Paris. On arrival no one was there. On sending an email, they responded as the order has been cancelled and the payment amount will be refunded. No money is credited yet

I ordered fast track service at the airport for 3 people. I flew to Hurghada today, but upon arrival no one met me or called me. The money was withdrawn. They are not answer (Feed back on the site, a few emails). DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Appalling. A complete scam. We weren't given instructions and arrived at the airport to find an empty desk and no one to help us. No response since I have complained and asked for a refund. Do not use!!!

Unfortunately I didn't read other reviews before... We also booked service, received confirmation and that's all... no contact details, no information about where to look for the assistant, no telephone to contact and no reply on e-mail requests...! Awful. Just would like to know how we can get a refund.

Scam - there is no phone number and they don't reply to emails

Do not book this service. They did not show up for our arrival into Athens airport on September 2nd. They do not respond to emails nor answer the phone. Awful.

The agent in charge of accompanying us called us for the first time on the day of our departure, when we were at the baggage counter, with one person in front of us in the queue. The agent didn't meet us at the airport gate for the simple reason that he didn't call us as the Fast Track service requires. The Fast Track service we paid for included - communication with the customer before arrival at the airport - a reception of the customer in front of the airport - and also, an attentive customer service When he called, he asked us which gate we were at and met us 10 minutes later (we had finished waiting in line and checked our luggage). When he arrived, we refused his help because it was no longer of any use. He insisted on accompanying us and taking us through the police. We tried to contact the Fast Track company about ten times the day before our departure without any answer. But as we had no news of the date and time of the appointment, we were worried. We had NO news until that moment when we were already registered; The service was not rendered as agreed. AWFUL COMPANY

I booked with them a few weeks ago. I have been emailing them ever since trying to get information about what I need to do when I arrive at the airport. All I got back was the booking confirmation but no details. Only 2 days to go and still no info on what we do. They have not replied to the last 3 emails I sent this week. Very poor.Turned up at airport with no fast track and no vip lounge.
Awful company.
