Impressed with the service
Impressed with the service, had to return an online order as the size was wrong, turn around & refund very efficient. Ordered new size arrived earlier than expected, very pleased with the whole experience.

For two days I have tried to collect my…
For two days I have tried to collect my order from the Basingstoke branch and each time the shutters have been closed and and note Sellotape to to the door saying there's a problem with the shutter we'll be back shortly. I think this is appalling.

I think Fat Face is a good store
I placed the order and was kept informed, I went to the store to collect the item the assistant was pleasant and polite.
I like shopping with Fat Face, it seems a good store, I shop online and in the shop.
