Pleasant staff and a good range.of product
Pleasant staff who are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Good range of clothing and accessories too; it's a decent sized store.

Fatface Basingstoke are so helpful and lovely
Staff in Fatface Basingstoke are so helpful and lovely to be around. They really helped me. I ended up ordering online but they helped with my decision and had some good suggestions.

They think well of their customers
I am a complete fan of their clothes. But I bought a dress 6 months ago and wore it recently, washed it and it shrank. I took it to the store(Basingstoke) and the store gave me a voucher of its last sale price. Amazing customer service. Glad the company likes to retain its customers.

My favourite store.
Always love Fatface. My local store has such nice employees. They are always so friendly and helpful. Always willing to look up an item on line, if they do not have it in stock. A very friendly and smiley store.

Not sure which this review is for,I bought dungarees on line,which I am thrilled with. I also bought the Sussex jacket from your branch in Basingstoke,I wasn't quite as lucky with that. I wanted the blue version which they didn't have, so they ordered it for me. I was amazed how quickly both parcels arrived and both on the same day. Unfortunately I had to return the jacket because I found the blue was too dark for me . The staff in the shop I have always found to be very helpful and efficient,. Thank you.

Great customer service
Received an online order - thank you. Everything in one box which is great 👍🏼 Some items had to be returned / exchanged which I did via Basingstoke store and I thought this could potentially be headache for the sales team… it wasn’t. They served me with a smile and hoped I enjoyed the rest of my day - thank you 😊
FYI clothes are great too 👍🏼
