the staff were really helpful, made us most welcome , there was no hood in my partners size but they went out the back and found her correct size, very pleased

This branch of FF is far friendlier than my local store. Staff very helpful and accommodating and more importantly human! Always a pleasure to be served by genuinely lovely staff.
Would recommend a visit here.

Great location
This is my favourite FatFace branch in Norfolk as they tend to have some stock that aren’t available in others. Plus, it’s in a great location.

Returns
Although shops don't have many goods larger than 18 Mali order is excellent and they are easy to return if necessary to stores. Shops very helpful looking for goods not available online.
