I returned an online purchase which was easy to do and no problems. Staff were helpful and polite with good customer service.

Pleasant and helpful staff
I ordered a garment online and it arrived very fast. The staff in the Chelmsford store are always very friendly and try to be as helpful as they can. My daughter and I shop there a lot.

PayPal refunds are clunky and sizing a bit off.
I popped into the store to return an online order but was told that it couldn't be processed in store because I paid with PayPal, which was slightly annoying. Apart from that, the cashier was friendly and super helpful, and even packaged up and labelled my return for me so I could just drop it at the post office. My refund was quick once the parcel was received, it's just a shame the boots I ordered (size 6 as the website said they came up a little small and I'm usually a 5 1/2) were far too small!

Easy to use website
Easy to use website. Easy to order. Received my order 4 days later. What’s not to love about that and Fat Face cloths are always well made easy to wear, wash and iron well.

Went to collect my order on Saturday…
Went to collect my order on Saturday but the store was closed all day due to staff sickness and I’ve now got to make another trip this weekend to collect.

I am sorry to hear that the Chelmsford store was closed for a period of time on the day you visited the store. Unfortunately, as I am sure you can understand, this was not a planned closure and due to sickness, the store could not be opened. Thankfully this was only for a short while on the day, and the Crew in store are all in good health now.
