I ordered the wrong sized socks but the assistant in store packaged them up to return for refund from PayPal. I would have taken ages to do that!
Also really quick deliveries for internet orders.

Quick and easy to use website allowed…
Quick and easy to use website allowed me to find the items that my daughter wanted for her birthday. Free delivery to our local shop enabled us to pick up the items within a couple of days. Items well packed, shop staff friendly and helpful.

Delivery is as expected.
I’ve ordered a few things from Fatface recently. They are delivered in the time expected, so very happy with that. A good company to deal with, ordering is easy.

Huge thanks to Cara at the Cheltenham…
Huge thanks to Cara at the Cheltenham branch who noting my disappointment when I had returned to branch to purchase boots I had spotted in sale the previous week. She helpfully asked me to hang on for a minute and she rooted around the back and found a huge bag of said boots. Of course my size was at the bottom, but Cara found them! Woo! It would have been very easy for her to say they were no longer available and not to have bothered looking but she went above and beyond.

Easy to order online and click and collect. Arrived quickly. Great quality t shirt and made with ethically sourced cotton
