Friendly & helpful staff
The staff were friendly, polite & helpful. They were having a problem with one of the tills, apologised to both myself & another customer that the transactions were taking a little longer to process. They then thanked me for being patient & then said that they hoped I would enjoy the rest of my day.

they smile and engage when you come into the store but not invasive.
a size not on the shop floor immediately a lady went upstairs to find one
great service only gave me the information to order online. just excellent

Lovely Dress
Saw this dress online and bought it for my holidays, the colours look lovely really sunny, its true to size and just the right length l am 5ft 3.the material is a good thickness Fat Face quality. Came quickly well pleased
Went into the Clitheroe branch with my daughter the lady was so nice and helpful with her, just thought I would mention her as l am writing a review yes l would recommend both shop and dress

Lovely padded waxed cotton coat
Lovely padded waxed cotton coat. True to size. I am petite, but this doesn’t drown me. I often find hoods are too big, but as the trim is detachable it fits perfectly. Am planning to use this for early spring & next autumn.

Clitheroe store
Whenever we are out and about we always nip into a Fat Face store if there happens to be one. I have to say that the Clitheroe store is the absolute best in every way.The store is big and always immaculate and the staff are always exceptionally friendly.It’s a pleasure to shop there.

Excellent merchandise
Excellent merchandise, orders processed efficiently, no trouble returns and reasonably priced for the great quality garments!
In store staff very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
My only qualm is that the plus size range is only available online.
