Easy to order on line, easy to collect
Ordered on-line in the sale. Collected from store. The store was tidy and the staff were very helpful.

Very easy to use website. Great service.
Very easy to use website with selection of where you wish to collect your order. Delivered very quickly to local store with easy pick up.
Item was just a small square scarf, but just what I needed to finish off an outfit.

Eventually got what I wanted
Eventually got what I wanted, a combination of my online order mistakes and delay in receiving refunds for my returns. Overall good experience with customer services and the outlet shop at Dalton Park

staff extremely helpful here.
The staff extremely helpful and took time to show us other tops we had missed when looking. Came home satisfied with info of online shopping as well, we made 4 purchases and got the size we wanted on line for one top. Would highly recommend
