O customer service!
Collected slippers from the Kingston shop today. The woman who served me had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Rude attitude. No eye contact. Very abrupt when I showed the incorrect email.
The girl who bought my parcel out was so different but also spoken to abruptly by this woman.

I had an issue with a jacket and the staff at the Kingston branch could not have been more sympathetic and helpful. They went out of their way to put me in touch with the right person to talk to and were very patient when I returned with a resolution to the issue. It wasn't quite the resolution I wanted, but it was entirely my fault for purchasing the item and then not wearing it for a considerable amount of time. It's rare that staff are prepared to go that extra mile to help a customer and this was certainly the case in my experience.

a friend was wearing one of your summer scarves and I admired it, bought on line, had it delivered to a store that I was going to be near the next day, and collected it as per easy instructions. Very pleased with the scarf and with the collection point.

Kingston branch/ Shorts
Kingston branch the assistant Tessa was extremely helpful in looking up the type of shorts I needed as she knew there was another pattern in the style I already had and liked. She ordered them for me, ( as not available in store) and they were delivered to store ( free) in two days. Great quick service. The shorts are fab! Thank you Fatface

Evil goat
Such wonderful, friendly staff. Asked if they could help with anything, when I mentioned I was looking for a top to go with the skirt I was wearing they suggested great options and ordered a dress for delivery for me because the size I needed was not in stock. Such wonderful humour and cameraderie among staff makes for an amazing shopping experience, from the happy buyer of an evil goat t-shirt 😂

Good product rather poor comms for collection
Two shirts were as described, look good, happy with purchase. Men’s short sleeved linen and cotton. Too bad that I was advised about a 3 day delay, on the morning of collection: they were a gift for that day! We changed plans, went elsewhere, only to receive another message that the shirts were in store! so we drove back to Kingston to collect. Given £10 voucher as compensation
