Bought a lovely dress ,fits perfectly gorgeous colours was so happy to find it in store added bonus was in the sale,the lady that served me shared my joy she was lovely, came home my friend liked the dress so got her one for her birthday.

My favourite tee shirt design
This is my 4th Ivy tee shirt! I like the dropped shoulder (which fits me better than a sewn in sleeve) and the choice of colours. Good that free delivery to local store is offered again too.

Easy ordering and returns,
I ordered a dress on line but unfortunately it was a little tight so reordered a bigger size. The delivery was very quick enabling me to keep the first order to compare with my new one .I returned the unwanted dress to store it was very easy and helpful staff .

I received a tracking number in order…
I received a tracking number in order to check the progress of my order. It was not recognised! I then tried the online enquiry service which was repetitive and totally useless. I then tried ringing the store I nominated for collection and could not get an answer! I realise they may have been busy but it was very frustrating to not get any answers.

I am so sorry to hear of your recent experience with us. In regards to Click and Collect orders, you do not receive a tracking number as these parcels are sent with a different courier to stores. I have flagged this with the appropriate department for future consideration.

Placed an order online to be delivered to store, I was kept up to date with the process of my order and received notification to pick my items up within the time I was given when I placed my order.
In store the staff are always friendly and happy to help.

I ordered a jersey online
I ordered a jersey online, which was very easy to navigate. I then received an email letting me know that my parcel was ready to collect in store. I gave the assistant my name and received my parcel within seconds. The assistant was very efficient and friendly. Will definitely buy from Fat Face again.

Online order collected easily from my local store
Hassle free order online for a sought after item that was drastically reduced in the last sale. Collection from my local store meant I didn’t have to travel to far. Easy pickup with no fuss made for a pleasant experience.
