Fat face excellent service
Had to return a jumper only because I had two sizes to see which fit best. So easy to do friendly staff no waiting. Love fat face.

I shopped today at the Fatface store in Meadowhall Sheffield. The shop is bright and well presented. I was drawn to the new stock - which as always- was very tempting . The experience was enhanced by Shirley - who is always so friendly and welcoming and gives honest advice and help.

Wow what excellent customer service I received on the 17th of January from David at Sheffield Meadowhall branch. He was friendly and helped with my return. I’ve been in many times and always found him very approachable, it certainly makes me want to go back and would highly recommend to my friends and family 😀

Good staff
I often shop in Fat Face Meadowhall . I like lots off things about the brand . I particularly like the fact that some of the members of the team have been there a good while . To me it says a lot about the company .
Often when I visit there is a lady there si try h d as short blond ish hair . ( about 25 ish ??) she is very knowledgeable about the range of stuff and offers good advice . She is friendly and helpful . She may be a manager ? Not sure . Anyway ... she does a good job and nothing is too much trouble for her .
