Outstanding customer service
The customer service i received from who i think was the manageress was exceptional. After finding a dress I loved and trying it on i found it to be too long in the body and was gutted. The lovely lady suggested i tried the dress in petit and I am so glad I did. It fitted perfectly and I absolutely love it. May i suggest though that you hold more choice in your petit range in your stores as I didn't know you stocked this size. And without the manageress I wouldn't have known this was an option. Thanks

The staff are all professional and welcoming. The shop is clean and presentable. I find shopping experience enjoyable and changing rooms tidy. A variety of clothes for the seasons that are fashionable. Good quality of clothes that I have brought which seem to last.

I give 5 stars because I've been a customer of Fatface for years and never had a bad experience. I was a little disappointed this season because of the lack of chinos and linen trousers. Maybe I'm getting a bit old for the new styles but I hope next year they have a rethink and bring back the old trusted styles.

Early delivery and helpful staff
The item arrived the day before so I didn't have to wait until 4pm to collect. The staff in store were helpful regarding opening the parcel and trying on the item and gave advice regarding return if required - it wasn't.

The assistant in the Newcastle branch…
The assistant in the Newcastle branch was really helpful. I was picking up an online order and decide to change the colour of the shorts I was buying. She was very efficient doing all that was needed. Very pleased with experience including website, delivery time and so on.

I ordered three tops online
I ordered three tops online - all fitted perfectly to normal size.
I returned one because I’d bought two in different colours with the view to keeping one and returning the other .
When in the shop I bought and tried on a dress and sweatshirt- both I needed a smaller size than normal.
Staff in Newcastle store were lovely
