Lovely company lovely clothes and accessories if you can't find it in your local store its usually online!! Very easy to order online quick delivery and always well packaged. Friendly happy helpful staff in our Oxford store!!!!

A T-shirt I bought 2 weeks ago came apart and is not reparable. Even so I had the credit card receipt, Fatface would not refund or give a credit as I had no receipt
Really bad service, ad their clothes are not up to be worn for long. Will never buy any of their clothes again

It was easy to order and the garment - trousers, arrived on time. I collected the in store and the assistant was pleasant and helpful. Th trousers are as described.

The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Return procedure was straightforward and pain free. The quality of their product is reasonably good. But their designs seem to be aiming for tall people. I am only 5ft 2. However, I would still visit the shop and online regularly.

Love the clothes and quality, friendly staff .

Always a good experience at FatFace, the sizing is always the same, which means I can buy with impunity. My last two purchases I haven't even tried on as I know they will fit. I'm xxxl Tall

The clothes were lovely but much too big. I was unable to order the size down on the website as it was out of stock and this size was not in the shop so I had to return my items with no replacements

I really enjoyed the experience at the store. I bought an item online to pick it up in-store! I was surprised that the order was delayed. I asked for help at the store, and the woman there was super helpful and even called to check on the order. I received it a few days later, as soon as I spoke to her. She's been working at the store for a while now.

The staff in my local (Oxford) branch of FatFace have been extremely approachable and helpful on my last few visits. I had to return something I'd ordered online and the process was very quick and straightforward. It all makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

Helpful team members and great product. I was picking something up which I'd had delivered to the store, and it was easy to exchange the size in store. I've knocked off a star because the product (slippers) came in too much unnecessary plastic packaging.

I’ve shopped at FatFace for many years and this has to be the worst, most unfriendly and intimidating store I’ve ever been in.

With it being the run up to Christmas I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable. Beverly on the checkout. Incredibly rude. Not to mention another colleague stalking me and my partner around the store. I understand stores taking precautions but obviously stalking a customer who's browsing for Christmas gifts, very uncomfortable. Don’t do it or make it less obvious, don’t make my description or my partners on your headsets loudly. And then being snapped at for asking a question after paying for my goods and having the receipt being shoved into my hand. I just wanted to get out of the store as quickly as I could whilst I was still being watched and stalked out of the store, the staff dampened my mood whilst I was out Christmas shopping and tarnished my day and overall experience whilst in Oxford.

I’ve never been treated like this in a FatFace store before. I’m incredibly disappointed for the lack of respect Beverly and the other colleagues in this store have for their customers and have told many of my friends and family members to avoid this particular store in Oxford.
If you don’t want your Christmas being ruined, avoid Oxford FatFace at all costs.
