Forgotten and Returned Purchase
Vicky, Assistant Manager at Oxford, saved the day when I left my purchase in store! She kindly offered to post it, special delivery, in her own time and at her own expense.
I was soon going to return to my home in Australia, so was unable to go back and collect it myself. Vicky was so helpful and refused payment for the postage, but I insisted.
Vicky went above and beyond what was expected of her and is a credit to Fat Face. I trust they take notice!

Great products and helpful staff
Great selection of products and super helpful staff. Bev was attentive and quick to sort me out. The only glitch was an IT issue which led to it taking a while to process my return. That is not a reflection on Bev's performance.

Store pickup process is broken
I've always been happy with Fatface orders but they have a new process for store pickup which is broken.
The app portal says my order has arrived, the store insists they need to have a barcode from an email that never arrived and can't do anything otherwise, even though delivery date has passed and the item is shown as delivered to branch in my account.
Very frustrating.

Till problems
The till went down and my server, Bev, didn’t get flustered, but handled it all very calmly and politely. Bev was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable - a credit to your company.

Although I am a retired lady well into my 70's, I love popping into Fatface as not only are the shops well presented, the staff are always very friendly and, in particular today, Bev who was happy to have a conversation with me during the process of payment.

Short sleeved shirts
This is the 3rd short sleeved shirt I’ve bought from FatFace in the last 12 months. Very good quality with, always, a good choice of materials, patterns and colours. Bev was extremely helpful and efficient, helping with discounts available.

Staff no idea how to use ordering system and not correct blue light discount applied
The older woman serving at Oxford store did not have a clue what she was doing, we wanted to order 2 items to home she could not find us by email or postcode, she did not know how to use the system & she was searching for the `Y' on the keyboard. She ordered the items separately and we have only received 1 email for 1 item. We went back in the shop as only our postcode was on 1 receipt not full address the young girl checked and was told all OK. Not confident with that info we checked at Birmingham store told no address attached to 2nd item & ring customer services. Wished we had not bothered at Oxford. Please train staff before you let them loose ordering items. We now have to sort this out ourselves. Also we only got 10% blue light discount instead of 20% on both orders. Absolutely dire customer service at Oxford today.

Super cute clothes and nice staff
