Leggings great
Leggings great. Picked up on Sunday when the website said the shop was still open, but they were closed. The man working in the shop opened up and still served me and was very friendly. I really appreciated this.

I was at Niagara-on-the-Lake in Ontario, Canada. The sales girl at that location was amazing. I live in Lancaster, NY and the store did not have the dress in my size. She proceeded to go online and informed me that it was available. Upon returning home I ordered the dress online. Ordering was simple and easy and tracking it was great. My dress arrived as scheduled and I absolutely love it. Looking forward to shopping back in Cananda in September and online. You have great quality clothing and salespeople in your store!

Fat face in Petersfield have the best staff. I travel from Portsmouth to Petersfield as the staff there are always so positive and friendly.

Collection in store.
I ordered sandals on the Fatface website as I do not have a local store to visit and browse, for collection at a store about 15 miles away.
The transaction was easy and I was notified when they were ready for collection.
I was able to try the sandals there and then, which I decided not to keep, so they did a return right away, staff very pleasant. Great service from Fatface all round.

Quality clothing, lots of cotton and natural fabrics in lovely colours and prints, washes well and usually lasts for years . Online ordering quick and easy, kept informed. Refunds and returns quick by post or to local store. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff at Petersfield store,most local store to me 10 miles away. Always look forward to shopping at Fat Face, have shopped there for probably over 30 years now rarely disappointed.
