hank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
As with FatFace's returns policy, and those of many other retailers, a valid proof of purchase is required when returning items. Without a receipt or order confirmation, our store teams are unable to process a return.
We understand this may be frustrating, and we appreciate your feedback. We will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team.
My favourite shop
My favourite shop, bought some jeans, great quality, good fit. Staff at Plymouth branch were lovely. Slightly pricier that some places but worth it, the quality, the way the garments are made, wash well. Highly recommend.

Assistant was very helpful
Assistant was very helpful when I came to the store and explained the problem of the order which was out of stock. There was a discrepancy with the value of one of the two items and she also rectified this also and my refund was quickly in my bank account. Thanks to the assistant for the prompt resolution

I ordered online
I ordered online, collection from in store was quick and easy.
Unfortunately the item didn’t fit so I returned it to store, the return was also quick and easy. The staff member helpfully looked online to see if a smaller size was available which it wasn’t. She then checked stock at other nearby stores and had the last one in my size reserved for me. Really good service, thankyou.
