Comfortable and flattering
I had never considered Fat Face before. Bought a dress in the shop as I needed something 'floaty' after an operation and now I am hooked. The fit is lovely and the material is so comfortable. The staff in store are also really nice and helpful. This might be my new favourite clothe shop!

Fatface Rushden Lakes
Lovely shop, you get a lovely warm welcome, and Imogen and Amelie were just so helpful and happy to help.
Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be coming back to shop soon as myself and my wife really appreciate this kind of treatment, makes a nice experience, thank you.

I visited the Rushden Lakes store today…
I visited the Rushden Lakes store today and was very impressed with the all the staff in store. A lady called Christine helped as I was looking for an item I had seen recently. It makes such a difference to your shopping experience when the staff engage and are genuine in their wish to help and serve customers.

Positive experience from Ashleighy
Ashleigh was really helpful from the changing room experience to the actual transaction. She was truthful with the sizing of the garment I'd chosen, she made suggestions on how I could accessorise the outfit I purchased giving me encouragement to wear what I felt comfortable in. Thank you Ashleigh😊

Staff resolved issues for me
There was a mix-up in my online order which I had delivered to the store. However the store staff worked hard to resolve the issue. Well done to Carly and Lisa.

I visited the store at Rushden Lakes…
I visited the store at Rushden Lakes looking for a dress for an occasion. Rachel, the assistant, could not have been more helpful. She suggested different styles and helped me to find the right sizes. I tried styles on that I would not have considered and she offered helpful suggestions about styling. What a great shopping experience!

Visited Rushden Lakes on 19.05.25…
Visited Rushden Lakes on 19.05.25 looking for an item that was no longer there. Christine managed to find the item in the right size at the back of the store for me.
The staff are always so friendly, chatty and welcoming in this store.

Above and beyond
I recently visited Fatface in Rushden Lakes to return a jacket I ordered on line that didn't fit. I was met by a very helpful staff member called Christina who offered to order me the correct size which arrived the following day. Overall, a terrific service that went above and beyond.
