Bought my wife some slippers that were too small. Took them into the shop and they gave our money back and ordered a new pair, which arrive today at Next!!

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service. Bought a pair of green trainers and found one was a size 7 and the other a 6.5. As these were in the sale there were none left in a 7 at my local store in Skipton or online. Gemma was brilliant and went the extra mile to find me a pair at the Harrogate store, even offering to pick them up for me when she was going to be there. Can't thank Gemma enough.

They very quickly arrived at my nominated store and on inspection of the goods I was very impressed. The Jumper was slightly big, but it's fine. Very helful and pleasant staff.

Visited Skipton FatFace store
Visited Skipton FatFace store. Had an issue with a egift card that when scanned said it was not valid. Gemma and Charlie came to the rescue and resolved the issue. Great customer service, one happy customer 10 out of 10 thankyou ladies.

I'm still waiting for my delivery to arrive in store 😕 It's 2 weeks now since ordering, so I'm a bit fed up. This is the second time deliveries have been delayed, so I won't be using online ordering again I'm afraid. Not sure how Next can do next day delivery yet Fat Face seen satisfied with next month.

I haven't received any notification as yet, to when it's arrived in Skipton! It's expected delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday! It's now Sunday!
Follow through on time with the delivery, or at least keep customers informed!

Ordered goods to arrive at Skipton store. Good comms, arrived as planned. Had ordered 2 pairs of dungarees for size. Shop assistant absolutely fine about me trying them on there and then, and returning the pair I didn't need.

I bought some ankle boots from Fatface a week ago. They are dark brown. Absolutely love them. So soft and very stylish. I was a little concerned about the size, because the wide fit in a size 7 was not available. However the standard fit is fine. Very comfortable. Bought in a sale. A good price.

Went into Fatface Skipton the shop assistant was fantastic she was so helpful.
