Really loved the dress

I purchased 2 dresses and they fit very well and have a very good quality.
I can't fault it.

The staff in the shop were so helpful and freindly and the price was not to bad and i will be back.

The staff at Southampton were super helpful. They sorted out my order, my returns and even found exactly what I wanted to buy in new stock that had yet to be put on the shop floor.

I love the clothes. I tried on one blouse in the size I wanted in the store, then went home and ordered more shirts in different colours. The size was perfect and the shirts are great. The customer service in the store was so helpful, the staff are lovely and had no problem with helping me find what I wanted. I’ll be going back

My order was processed smoothly and the staff instore were polite and efficient when I went to collect it.

Ordered urgent present for son in law as you could deliver to store next day.

Email the next day to say shipment “ delayed”.

Another email on the afternoon of the original delivery day to say it was now available to pick up at your Southampton West Quay store.

Went to store. Not there… staff said it might have been to delivered to the Next store In Southampton. Not the pick up location I had requested or the one in your email.

Fat face store staff very indifferent to the issue, apparently their store closes soon for refurbishment. Might explain their attitude.

Next store manager very helpful in contrast. He found order and said he would follow up on the incorrect email information. Not heard back yet.

Not impressed overall.

Great customer service from Jess who I understand is the store manager.
She was very helpful, cheery and friendly, a credit to Fatface.
I don't normally write reviews, but this one is well deserved.

I ordered the leather Ava back pack in navy because I had purchased it in tan a short time ago. I loved the bag, soft leather, roomy and with comfortable shoulder straps.
Sadly Fat Face have changed the shoulder straps!!!??? Rather than have two separate straps there is now just one long strap going through a central loop. This makes it very difficult to get the bag onto the shoulders. As soon as you get one arm in, then the strap moves to that side and you can't get the other arm in... it is so so silly to change the design in this way. If I'd purchased this one initially I'd never have ordered it again. Very disappointing...

Great quality and design product, also for my size12, height 4'11", my body fits well in most dresses
I found a ffew nice dresses with too deep neck, or limited flexibility around the waist / in the back as well- which could be impeoved from design/fitting perspective keeping all body shapes in mind - if found otherwise, it is a bit dissapointing.
From online purchase perspective, I found no click & collect option in the website. I live in Southampton, and had to pay for home deliver option to buy one specific size that was not in the retail store but available online, it would be great if oprtions for collection were flexible as well.

Unusually it was too big and colour darker than on the photo. Returned it.

Bought 2 shorts for hubby.. absolutely amazing quality.. have always loved Fatface clothes xx
