FF sale
Quick delivery. However I returned a lot of items. I find tees/tops and hoodies too short in the body and too wide. Long leg length in trousers is a bit random. Quality is good but fit sometimes not so good. The return process in store is a bit long winded (lucky I went on a late afternoon week day so not busy!).

Not good customer service
Ordered some jeans and a T-shirt online. Tried them on, not a great style for either, so took them back to my local store for a refund.
On looking at my bank account later I found I’d been charged for them again - and not credited. Phoned the number on my email receipt and they agreed that I had been wrongly charged - but no apology at all, I was just told that the money would be refunded ‘in 2 - 5 working days’. Not great customer service!! An apology and a gesture of goodwill would have been the thing to do!! What with that an previous problems with receiving my order/ receiving emails about mistakes in data breeches, I am having second thoughts about Fat Face!!

Lovely, soft cardigan. Good quality.
Had to exchange in store for a bigger size as small across shoulders (I am broad!), staff very friendly and helpful!

I am delighted with my purchases from Fat Face. The dress I ordered is perfect, love the colour and style. The jumper was on the large size so I have changed it for a smaller size. Staff were so nice and helpful. The jumper is now being posted to me. So happy with the assistance from Fat Face. Thank you so much again. Well done 👏👏
