Calm, well ordered shop, helpful staff, excellent service. Could do with being larger for St Ives though.

I was on holiday for a week and ordered something from the sale to be delivered to the local Fatface shop. It was there within three days. Great service.

Smooth order process
Order process to delivery is smooth and stress free. I am given regular notifications. Te goods arrive within a few days and are in environmentally friendly packaging.

I ordered a pair of shorts online and collected them from my home town of St Ives. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Went into store in St ives , cornwall was served by a lovely man called Johnathan , very pleasant and very smiley and talkative.
