Great shopping experience at Fat Face
The store looked great, the store assistant and store manager were extremely friendly and helpful. I’m usually a very reluctant shopper and try to avoid the activity as much as possible. But this shopping experience to Watford Fat Face was surprisingly enjoyable!

Great shop and a model for all Fatface…
Great shop and a model for all Fatface shops. Very well laid out. Great atmosphere. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great quality products. Clean changing rooms. Always happy to spend my money in this shop... I've been to other Fatface shops like in St Albans and it no where near as good as the Watford branch.

Overall all okay
Overall, a good experience. Fitting rooms had some strange, dark and coloured lighting, and the music was too loud, so I tried the clothes on and then came out in normal lighting to have a look. Very nice to find the 'tall' size option! Some nice designs.

Great service on a busy Saturday
Went into Fatface on a busy Saturday. I was really impressed with the selection available, all beautifully presented. The staff were really helpful, looking for sizes for me. I would definitely recommend going in to see all the summer outfits.

I went to Fatface Watford store on Friday 10th May
The staff in there were busy putting new stock out. Which is lovely by the way.
Even though they were busy
They still helped me with sizes and getting my parcel.
The Asian lady with glasses- I think supervisor was very helpful on advising for sizes.
The staff are always polite in there and the store layout is easy to follow xx

Friendly, helpful staff and creative station for the kids!
Friendly and extremely helpful staff ( Saf and Cristina) Watford branch. An item I wanted wasn't in stock, but I was quickly assisted in ordering in store with free delivery to my home address A*.
Great colouring station, with crayons and stickers kept the kids entertained whilst I shopped. Staff were very friendly and gave my toddler lots of stickers to keep her happy. I purchased a great knitted sweater in store, practical, yet fashionable and comfy for everyday wear. Would recommend.

The shirt i orderd online arrived & had…
The shirt i orderd online arrived & had a mark on the back which will not come out & I don't have time to return it as I ordered it for a holiday I'm going on. I also purchased a different shirt in- store a few days before & noticed when I got home this also had a mark on it.
Do you guy's not quality control your products before despatch from your warehouse???

Warm friendly and went the extra mile to help...
After visiting Watford then told the dress I wanted was in another store then going to the other store and it wasn't their wasn't to impressed!!
However Andrew has restored my faith in the Watford branch.. Thought of everything to try and rectify and was able to locate a dress.. He's just brilliant can't thank him enough. Special mention to Jess as well who supported.
