Visited Fatface in Wells yesterday, blown away with the customer service from Simone. What an absolute delight, friendly but professional with a genuine interest to assist and made my visit a very enjoyable one. I have now purchased a good amount of fab clothes for the Summer season. Thank you so much, it’s so reassuring that good customer service still exists.

Item was badly stained on front and…
Item was badly stained on front and neckline.I returned item to the shop fortunately they could replace it like for like, although I had to pay the shop and am going to await refund on line. Not at all a good experience !

True to size, lovely dress

Ordered on line and opted for the pick up in store as this is free. This is easy, Fatface let you know when the items have arrived at your chosen store, and send a reminder after 5 days. The store staff were polite and efficient and the store was looking lovely when I called in. The Tshirt I purchased is lovely, soft fabric and beautiful design.

Better range of sun hats than the other stores.
Better range of sun hats than the bigger stores don’t seem to have. I found a really lovely ladies sun cap in denim in their sale. Fat face give a good reduction in their sale goods unlike some other chain stores.

Received my delivery and slippers were too big so popped into Wells store and staff were super helpful, thinking I would just return and order the correct size, they had the item in stock and just exchanged for me, great result and really nice people, very happy
