Making simple shopping a complete Faff !
They state on their website that Blue Light discount is 20%, but on blue light it only states 10%. Got a call back telling me that this is a known issue! Shame no one got it resolved. They then told me I would have to order with the 10% and then claim the other 10% back! No thanks,

Good website, easy ordering.Delivery was within a couple of days, & updates about delivery times.Goods packed well, ordered two sizes as not sure which size I was returned one to a store, very helpful sales consultants.

Excellent service in store and quality clothing
Very friendly staff in the Woodbridge store where I returned an item ordered online.
Prompt delivery for items ordered online. Overall very satisfied with the service I have received and quality of the goods ordered.

Lost mail
Your company sent me any email to say my purchases had arrived at the shop but unfortunately the mail went in to my junk box! Nobody’s fault and the shop had my clothes do that was excellent

Item unavailable in store. Fortunately free postage offer came up so ordered online. Had already purchased two items instore. Staff very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to shop in store.
