Super lekkere gespeeld.
Helaas door dat het zo lang duurt toch nog wat gespeeld en natuurlijk verloren.
Het geld wat er nu opstaat willen we opnemen. Maar dit duurt een eeuwigheid.
Al veel gechat maar krijgen geen duidelijkheid.
Ja 3 werkdagen. Maar dan moeten ze opeens allemaal documenten hebben. Paar dagen later krijg je weer een melding omdat er een document niet goed was. Weer opgestuurd nu alweer 24 uur later nog steeds niets gehoord en ontvangen.
En dan dat je maar 3 x 800 euro op kunt nemen. Maar als je zolang moet wachten dan zouden wij bijna een jaar verder zijn als ze uitbetalen.
Eerder al een keer wat gewonnen dat ging toen wat makkelijker dan nu. Fake? Of duurt het gewoon zo lang.
De VIP ook al veel mailtjes gestuurd maar krijgen nergens reactie op.
Hoe slecht is dat om je spelers zo te laten wachten. Bij andere online casino's staat het binnen 24 uur op je rekening.
Ik ben benieuwd wanneer wij reactie en het geld krijgen.
En als ze zo door gaan dan houden ze weinig spelers over.
En fijn dat je dan nu wel direct een reactie krijgt als je hier wat plaatst.
Maar helaas met hele gekke info!!
Mailen 🙈🙈 terwijl dit al 10x gedaan is maar geen reacties krijgen.
MAAR DAN TOCH WAT POSITIEFS ALLES WORD NETJES UITBETAALD!!

Uitbetaling duurt te lang!
Toen ik fatpirate ontdekte gingen de payouts wat sneller. Ik weet niet waarom het nu zo lang steeds moet duren wacht al 5 dagen en nog niks ontvangen. Ik wacht geduldig af want je krijgt het wel, maar ik vind dat jullie een manier moeten vinden voor snellere uitbetalingen. Zo vertrouwd geen één klant jullie meer. 1 á 2 dagen is niet zo'n ramp maar bijna een week is gewoon dom. Hierdoor jeukt het enorm dat je het gaat cancelen en denkt nawh ja stik ga gewoon door! Voor de rest vind ik wel dat de winrating wat hoger ligt dan bij andere casino's die ik ken. Probeer toch de uitbetalingen te versnellen aan te passen of iets zodat het sneller gaat, zo win je meer klandizie en de vertrouwen.

Hi All,
I was playing here did win some did lose some, but was nice. When i was finished my amount was approx 500,- euro's and pushed the pay-out button, status was spinning, after one day someone from FP was calling to tell me that the status of my pay-out request was OK and i should receive it in a couple of day's. 2 day's later i've received it on my account, so it perfect for me, good service nice and friendly employee and professional.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Reached VIP level 5 and was given access to a VIP manager however after depositing to activate several promotions i have now waited 3 weeks for a reply from the VIP department after not receiving the bonus’ or cashback offered in said promotions. Numerous unanswered emails and told to wait for an email everytime ive contacted live chat. Had a good experience with the site before these issues but seemingly not wanting to honour the promotions they have offered

I have been a member for quite a long time but my latest x 2 withdrawals of £500 on same day has been a week now and same excuses… I’m sick of the excuses they said it will be tomorrow 2 days ago and still nothing… the other sites I use who are similar I never have to wait this long !!! Be warey of this before depositing .
2/2/26 It is now another week and still no funds exactly the same responses, there is a queue, then your priority in the queue… waiting on £1000 it’s awful makes me feel sick to my stomach !
The have now received 1 withdrawal it took 8 working days 🙄

Die ersten beiden kleinen Auszahlungen haben noch funktioniert, dann auf einmal bekommt man sein Geld nicht mehr. Beantragte Auszahlungen sind open end in Bearbeitung. Nichts passiert. Vom fake support wird man nur vertröstet wie bei allen anderen "Fake Seiten". Schade da es schon Spaß gemacht hat. The bonus hard so bad, ive spent thousands on this website with little return I’m probably about to£4000 down easy, just lost for words to be honest, try speak to someone, me being a “vip” member, I got though someone in the end and they contacted there bonus department but they couldn’t tell me untill I sent them a email because of security reasons, but Ive had nothing, I want someone my money back because it’s feels like nothing but a scam, I need my verdict from that email I do have screenshots of.
