Avoid at all costs – deceptive, unregulated, and ignores lawful data requests
Avoid. FatPirate promote cashback incentives that they have no intention of honouring, and their customer support is built around delays, misdirection, and avoidance.
I submitted multiple requests via email and Livechat to close my account and remove my contact number, as I was being spammed with promotional SMS messages multiple times a day. Each time, I was either told the request would be “forwarded,” falsely informed that my email wasn’t linked to an account (despite receiving marketing emails), or simply ignored.
Even after escalating the issue, I received no response — just more unsolicited marketing. They have since ignored every follow-up. This is a clear violation of data protection law, and I have begun proceedings with the ICO.
This company operates under an offshore licence and demonstrates zero regard for customer rights or transparency. There is no legitimate “VIP” service — just a tactic to keep you spending while stonewalling basic support.
Avoid this site completely. They are unregulated in the UK and do not act lawfully or ethically.

I had to come here to say after reading everything I figured I couldn't count on a deposit but I can honestly say I requested withdraw Fri by Monday night it was in my bank. I've seen MUUUCH SLOWER from many other casinos. I had 0 issues.im shocked and pleasently surprised
