I won over 20000 more than 3 weeks ago, it would only let me make 3 withdrawal requests of £500. Today over 3 weeks later they have been cancelled and withdrawals have been blocked! No reason or explanation why.
I’ve reached out countless times to the live chat and via email but I just get the same robotic response.
Only 3 days ago verification documents were requested and submitted, these take up to 24hrs to process however nothing as yet.
It’s making me ill worrying about this all the time. It’s my money and I won it so how are they allowed to keep it and ignore me?
The only option left is to seek legal advice.
The site itself is good and has all the latest content however their payment issues when you want to withdraw severely lets this company down.

Ze sluiten je account niet wanneer je erom vraagt. In de reply van de email gezegt ja sluit het en nog doen ze het niet, omdat ze weten je bent verslaafd en je blijft toch storten.
