Inappropriate and totally unreasonable customer care for replacement/refund
I bought a light which was faulty The length of time this issue has taken (months), combined with the repeated requests for videos and additional evidence, has been entirely disproportionate to the cost and nature of the faulty light fitting. What should have been a straightforward refund or replacement process has instead become unnecessarily protracted and burdensome.
Unfortunately, after the last email with the company citing factually proven (via video) errors, I have reached my threshold and will be taking my now complaint further.
