I booked tickets to see The Karma Effect and it was seamless, easy and I felt very satisfied. All the information about the gig was present and easy to find.

The ticket purchase was extremely easy and cheaper than resellers on Ticketmaster!

very easy and simple to book tickets - also gave an option to put my snapchat link in to connect with people before the event takes place in september!!

The gig was cancelled. It was still being advertised on the night. I was fooled into booking the gig and turned up. wasted time and money and to add insult to injury could not get a full refund of ticket and booking fee!

Just so straight forward purchase for my 80s daytime Disco tickets, and prompt response afterwards. Can't wait for the disco 👍

Quick & easy. I used Apple Pay which I was unsure would be available so that was a bonus. Confirmation came through immediately & tickets able to save straight away too.

The app is ok… but it’s another app that you have to download to access to one event. It’s starting to be annoying.

Super simple options for tickets and prices were very clear for the event.
Very smooth process and communication was instant with the tickets I had purchased.

Tickets purchase was seamless & easily to follow, events clearly outlined for correct selection. Simple steps to create account & access tickets which are also shared by email. Only issue is on downloading the app, set password is not accepted despite using password reset function.
