Hannah has been an incredible account manager and the service Fatsoma provided was incredible in setting me up as a small producer and artist. Highly recommended! The platform is agile enough to suit the needs of different types of event organizers.

Tickets wasn't that expensive for what you get and was easy to buy although when I requested a refund I waited 10 days for them to deny my refund and not give me money back.

I loved the ABBA event at Embargo, Chelsea…..the people on the door were very helpful and I had the best fun with a lot of very friendly people….All in all I had a ball…..

They won’t do refunds even though I only got the tickets cus it said I could refund and now they’re saying no ? Even though it said if you bought the tickets before results day 13th August you could refund I bought it before then so they’re just liars and it’s false advertising I know they say they’re just the ticketing company but the website specifically said it and then led to a link to Fatsoma which was the only place tickets are sold for the event

Purchasing the tickets was quick and easy especially the 2nd time as app already set up. Will continue to use.

My only issue is with the Venue of the Country Day. The music started off as country but then went to pop (Venga Boys) which was very disappointing.

Can only be described as a cartel of rip off merchants! Tried cancelling ticket order within 2 hours of it be placed. Lumos stalled several times before I then discovered this crowd of shishters were the main ticket managers. Have tried to cancel with them but now, of course, it's too late. They're just the same as all other third part agencies hiding behind the veil of the internet. If you have 'ANY' doubts about attending an event promoted by these chalatans 'DON'T' use them!

I recently wrote my review about the Fatsoma 'con men' and they replied saying they had nothing to do with refunds or cancellations. If that is the case why do they provide refund request options on their website. "Charlatans"

Do not book through Fatsoma. My event was cancelled and they don't refund the fees. Why should I be out $14 when it was canceled. It's a SCAM.

See the reply for yourself. They are a terrible company. How does it make any sense that an event can be cancelled and they just pocket the fees? How can I be sure this event existed in the first place? This seems to be a scam the website runs to collect fees from customers.

This site is a scam. I had an event moved then cancelled. They did not refund the full amount and try to lean on their terms and conditions that the booking and processing fee is non-refundable. If an event is cancelled for reasons outside of my control how is that in anyway fair?

Any decent ticketing platform would refund in these circumstances. I will NEVER be booking an event through fatsoma in my life and I will actively avoid events that use this platform.

User friendly and straightforward

First time doing this and to begin it was good the first part golfing was well organised on groups , however after the golf for the second half the reps had vanished table areas were no longer on the table and it was basically a free for all , ideally the reps should of at least ensured we were seated for the second half before leaving… I would attend another tho as i did enjoy it.

Well $45 should be an excellent night, wrong diddly wrong wrong. What a bunch of w$nk! No band no line dancing, just sticky floors and a crappy DJ. The girls had a serious attitude problem it was really shite. Ended up going to a jazz night and it was the nuts. Don't waste your money for a crap experience. Hilarys WA was the location.

Bought a ticket for a Trance Party Day. It was so easy to do. Took literally 1 minute. Very easy site to use, no issues.

It was easy to buy tickets but not obvious to buy human tickets and i didn’t know you had to do another purchase a dog ticket but they emailed me to tell me so I didn’t look silly on the day

Pretty smooth, but they shouldn't be adding a previously unmentioned extra fee, even if it's tiny, at the very last stage!

Super easy to find events and book tickets. Also offer a concession for wheelchair bound individuals and their carers.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

I booked to attend an event through Fatsoma and the event was subsequently cancelled. I received a refund for the event but was charged £32(!!) in booking fees which Fatsoma has refused to return, despite the event never actually taking place. They claimed that this was due to processing the transaction and refund and handling communications, but how this amounts to £32 is beyond me. It is gouging customers / event-goers which are the very people which have supported its success to date.

There are better booking platforms out there which are much more reasonable and less predatory in their tactics and I would highly recommend avoiding Fatsoma in favour of another platform.
