Ad indicated that the drain was to be delivered in 2-3 days. As I am in Maine and the shipping is NY, this seemed reasonable.

It is now over a week later, my project is getting further behind, and no sign of the sink drain. I am a bit disappointed - had I known there was a shipping problem, I likely would have ordered elsewhere, even paying more.

I was unable to pinpoint the drawer pulls we wanted on FaucetStop's website, so I called the company directly. The customer service rep seemed a bit stressed/impatient (why the 4-star instead of 5-star rating), but he soon came around and emailed a great image of the pull from the manufacturer and we ordered easily from there. We were told it would be a 3-week backorder, which was fine - we live in Hawaii and are used to delays. The pulls, however, arrived far ahead of schedule, and I received them today. They are a quality item and will work great with the old Japanese built-in we have just restored. Thank you, FaucetStop!

I have had a terrible experience with Faucetstop. I placed my order over a week ago and it still hasn't even shipped - and they can't tell me when it will. I have called Customer Service on 4 separate days, had to wait at least 20 minutes each time to reach a person, and received conflicting information each time. I have been told it would ship the day I called, the day after I called, that is was out of stock, that it was in stock, that I would have to wait two more weeks for it to even leave the warehouse. I was supposed to have received an email from the last associate I spoke to who was going to look into it - nothing. They don't seem to care. So I'll call for a 5th time and cancel my order.

Liars. Thieves. This is a scam. In three weeks they had the following reasons for not sending merchandise:
• backordered one week
• backoerdered an additional week; will be shipped in ten days
• just arriving; will be shipped in three days
• backordered; will arrive by the end of the next week
• one item still missing in order when I ordered only one item!
• oops, their mistake. will be shipped this afternoon
• later that afternoon, phones shut off during business hours
IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM, FILE A DISPUTE NOW. IF YOU HAVEN'T, THEN DON'T. YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE MERCHANDISE.

i called for A bunch of grohe and hansgrohe faucets that were discontinued. and the sales rep introduced me to riobel faucets. amazing brand with great lifetime warranty.

i got my entire kitchen list from this company and they beat efaucets pricing by far!

i got 2 tubs shipped for free!
