I ordered a lovely leopard print all in one for my daughter it arrived on time, I messaged the page regarding tracking and was replied to promptly and professionally. The outfit is lovely the sizing is perfect and are really happy with it 😊 we will be using this company again for more little outfits

I ordered a sweatshirt from here, which was lovely. However I just ordered it in the size up from Ali Express for a 3rd of the price and it was exactly the same thing, including the labels. The cheap one also came much quicker.

Like most of the other reviews, I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of quality, contact and the delivery time from this shop. The clothes don’t even have their brand label - everything is generic from China. It actually feels like their whole brand backstory is a lie.
Put some of their items on my baby registry, got a romper and it’s dry clean only! Who is going to dry clean baby clothes! Got another one and hand washed it, as per directions (again, hand wash only baby clothes?!?), and the colour leaked!
I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. Absolutely do not buy from here! For the prices they charge you can get much better quality clothes from actual independent boutiques, rather than from a Chinese warehouse.

Bought a lovely looking safari vest and short set for my son’s first birthday party. It took a while for the order to arrive which was fine because I’d ordered in plenty of time. However, the Instagram page and website makes it look like you’re buying from a cute little boutique. It’s not. It ships directly from China. The fabric was soft but very thin and there were threads coming loose already when it arrived. If I’d known that was going to be the quality I wouldn’t have paid the price I did. I couldn’t be bothered with the refund process though and in the end the outfit did look nice on and got a few compliments.

Ordered a cardigan which looked very cute online. Saw it might take a while to arrive, which was fine. Followed up after a month and I was told I could track my delivery and that it takes a while.
I didn’t have tracking details so asked for them. No reply several weeks later. I have now asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund. Having read the reviews on here I wonder if I will ever receive a refund. Wish I had checked them out first ☹️.

I really want to deter anyone from ordering off this site. One month later and still no sign of my order…
I really believe this to be a scam and I have now lost a fair amount of money. Such a shame, it held such promise.
Customer services will not respond to me. Research into the 'mum' who owns it from a central London boutique... all lies. The registered address is a virtual office.

*Update- my order did arrive over 6 weeks late. Customer service did not reply to me. Poor quality clothing, no longer fitted my daughter due to late arrival. Still stand by my review about it being a fake fronted company! These guys are chasing me to take it down via trustpilot! Avoid and stick to true Mum lead independent businesses.

Interesting that only the invited reviews are 5 star, yet all the verified and independent are 1 star!!
Expectation vs reality is way off on these products if you take their Instagram/website at face value.
I ordered after finding the 'independent boutique’ on Instagram and then looking through their website. Your items are actually ordered and sent straight from China, not their London location, which also explains why it takes about 3 weeks for your order to arrive. I order the Ribbed Rainbow Romper in Green and the quality was horrendous. The rainbow itself looked like my 10-month-old had sown it on, and there were two labels (in Chinese) on the outside of the romper?! I also ordered the Dinosaur Romper in the same size and the size difference of the two was worlds apart. The Dinosaur Romper was about 3 inches shorter and would never have fit a 12month old, never mind an 18month old. I am in the process of returning and have asked for confirmation that returns postage will be covered given the defects of the products.
I am really disappointed as their photos of the clothes look amazing, but for the price, you really expect the quality to be there. Safe to say I won’t be risking it and ordering from them again unfortunately.

**update on 27th June 2022** I returned my items which were delivered to them on May 9th (I have the tracking to prove this) and I'm still waiting for a refund. Absolutely shocking business. I have chased for the refund today including the postage costs (which I have on email they will cover). Will update again once I have heard back from them.

Great place to buy cheap tat from China. To be clear you are not supporting a local small business, you are paying a huge mark up to someone to order cheap clothing from China on your behalf. This is why delivery is 20+days, not sure why I’ve waited so long for a refund though as it is literally clicking a button - or does refund come from China too? 🤣 Awful.

Beautiful looking website that makes you believe you’re buying from a lovely small independent boutique.
Clothes are shipped from China. Awful quality and value for money. I returned an item weeks ago and have had no refund or communication. Do not buy from this very misleading company. Total scam

Still waiting after many emails, each with a response of 'sorry, please send your email so we can look into it' that would be the email they've just answered. 10 weeks now.

I like other people thought I was purchasing a hand knitted cardigan from a small, independent company. It’s not! It was sent from China and is cheap rubbish it looks absolutely NOTHING like the photograph of the beautiful hand knit cardigan on the website.

Please do not be duped by this front and save your money.

Good quality clothing, excellent customer service

Ordered 3 outfits and all are fab, they wash well and fit nice, true to sizes and everyone comments on how lovely they are. Will be ordering more very soon

I feel totally mislead by this company. I believed I was buying from a small artisan and independent business in the UK which I do like to support instead my item was a shipped directly from China. Took ages to come which is obviously because of its origin. Partly my fault for not checking this.
The quality is really not good for the price paid and the colour is not the same as ordered and as its personalised non refundable.
All in all a bad experience and I would not knowingly have supported this sort of dropshipping outfit. The London address appears to be just a front, all the work is done in China, shipped from China the only thing done in the UK is maybe the pictures on Instagram.

Highly recommended, I bought this little backpack for my grand daughter and she loves it, very well made, lots of compliments, would definitely buy from this shop again. Thankyou

I feel mislead by this company. They appeared to be on Instagram as a local independent company but I was surprised to find the item I ordered was shipped directly from China. The item Daisy tutu body suit has a label in Chinese giving washing instructions but nothing else. The cost of the item listed on the shipping labelling is a small fraction of the price I paid, 3 US dollars as opposed to £22.
I am concerned as to the fire retardancy of the net tutu skirt as there is no British safety symbol.
Order took 2 weeks to come.
I ordered as a special baby shower gift but it does not live up to expectations.
On looking at FAQ the company does state items sourced in China and shipped directly to purchaser. I admit I did not read this before purchasing as the Company address was UK. I will not purchase from them again now I am aware of this.

Ordered a teddy bear back Pack with my newborn daughters name personalised onto it- it is BEAUTIFUL!

Absolutely in love with it as is my eldest- so much so I’m just about to order another for my 20 year old-

Quality of item is great, service and communication also second to
None- order process easy & delivery process speedy.
