Absolutely beautiful! I have recently purchased a âbear backpackâ from Faye & Lyla and Iâm so in love with it. The quality is amazing, the embroidery is so neat and theyâre so soft! Cute clothes but some issues.
Love, love, love the designs on the website. I ordered quite a few items for my daughter for christmas. Most are lovely quality but one item of clothing felt a bit plastic and im sure it'll make her sweat. Delivery took a couple of weeks but it does state this on the website. Had some issues with the tracking but I think this is due to the nature of the shop. They source from several independent sources and package them all together to send to you. I think it would save faye and lyla a lot of trouble and emails from customers if they streamlined their tracking method. One of my items was not in my package which I had to email about to be refunded. Faye and lyla replied saying there were stock issues with the item. Overall their responses were fast and helpful. I took two stars off...one for me having to email about the missing item and second for the quality of the rose romper I ordered.

I ordered the reindeer romper and it took a long time to be delivered (postal service issues) but every email sent to Faye and lyla and they always responded quickly and were very helpful and kind. After believing that the romper had got lost in transit they quickly refunded the money without any hesitation but luckily it did eventually turn up. Iâm so glad it did as it is beautiful and well made and my little boy looks so cute in it. Will definitely be ordering loads more from them very soon x

I was a little bit dubious about ordering from Faye & Lyla due to the reviews on here, but I have been pleasantly surprised! My items arrived within their stated delivery times and I absolutely love them! The quality is great and they fit my little boy really well. Yes the products are made in China, but that's no different from any other high street shop! Will definitely be ordering again :)

I feel mislead by this company
I feel mislead by this company - they come across on Instagram as a local independent company so I felt keen to support but was surprised to find the item I ordered was from China (although I saw they said they source items but China!!). The item (cardigan) has no label to confirm size, designer or any washing instructions. The cost of the item listed on the shipping labelling is a small fraction of the price I paid!!

Terrible experience. Nearly a month since I placed my order. The tracking info which was eventually provided tells me absolutely nothing, I have no faith its even on the way. Terrible drop ship model, high-risk purchase. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Misleading company, very disappointing
I feel this is a very misleading company. They market themselves as a small local independent business which I am keen to support, however my items took nearly a month to arrive and it became apparent they have come from China. I would have definitely not have bought in favour of supporting a local independent if I had known this.
I ordered 2 jumpers, they are a strange wide shape which will not fit my children nicely. The colour does not reflect the colour on the website and the label inside is in Chinese, and does not reflect the company I thought I had ordered from. I also paid close to £30 for these two jumpers, and the shipping cost on the packaging states the total value at £3. I feel conned, would not order again

Faded dinosaur design, no reply from customer services
I bought a dinosaur sweatshirt from the Faye and Lyla website for £17.99 after seeing it advertised on Instagram. After placing the order it took 3 weeks to arrive. After 3 washes the printed design started to fade. I emailed Faye and Lyla about the fading and they replied within the day. They requested that I email them photographs of the faded design which I have sent. Since sending the photos I havenât had a response from them as to how they are going to make it right.
Update:
After posting this review Faye and Lyla have been in touch and offered a full refund.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a romper and a jungle tracksuit for my 4 month old after discovering this company via Instagram. The items arrived separately. The first being the dinosaur romper which arrived 3 weeks after my order. I got size 6-12 months but when it arrived, would not have been suitable for the size advertised as it barely fit my average sized 4 month old! He has outgrown it within a matter of weeks and I felt rather disappointed.
When I contacted Faye and Lyla, they initially ignored me for several days but advised I could return it but with a postage cost to myself⊠didnât seem worth the effort. The product was also not of good quality and the material very thin. The poppers were also plastic and difficult to do up.
The second item took another 10 days to arrive! I contacted the company and was completely ignored after I asked for a shipping update. When the item finally arrived, it was again, smaller than I expected and my child has outgrown it already.
Customer services needs to be seriously upped to ensure better communication with their customers. I gave them the opportunity to reply to my email and even advised them of how unhappy I am. Still radio silence!
I will not be ordering from them again.

I understand that you are a small business (one of my main reasons for shopping with you), I just feel that you need to focus more on providing quality customer service, accurate sizing (maybe if products were UK based this would help) and quicker delivery times (again, shipping from the UK would help this).

Since leaving a review on here earlier - today, see above, and escalating this to PayPal & Facebook, they have responded below & via email!
Their email response states âshipments are between 5 & 15 days, with 10 days for processing!â
At no point was this made clear during the order process, if it had the order would have never been placed as the item is unlikely to get here before our grand daughters first birthday!
The link in the first email reply containing the tracking details, only takes you back to their website not a parcel service! Itâs things such as this that get people suspicious.
They have also stated that they take 48 hours to respond to emails, it took about 48 minutes to respond to this review!
Furthermore, I have since checked with Royal Mail, as advised in their email reply today, using the tracking number and it indicates âsender dispatching itemâ dated the 05.11.21, which contradicts the email reply received on the 03.11.21!!!!
