We provide any type of share restructure, purchase and reduction of share capital to more complex procedures such as company restorations and share for share exchanges. We provide a full and comprehensive company formation service within 24 hours (usually 3-4 hours). Our FirstOrder secretarial system has been created to enable you to administer all your registered companies. First Corporate offer a secretarial outsourcing service that takes care of all statutory annual filing. Principally this includes the confirmation statement, share transfers, allotments and minutes on behalf of the client company.

Very useful program

I administer a number of companies and need to track share, director and other movements. I am able to rely on the output so I am able to spend more time in getting the data correct. I have been using the program for 8 years. Highly recommended.
