I used Four Seasons Future Planning this morning for the preparation of my will.

My consultant was Lee and I found him to be very friendly and light hearted, which I think is important when discussing depressing details such as passing away. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained aspects such as LPOA and trusts.

Customer service very poor, no one ever replys to any emails, spoke to the Company director back in November and agreed to issue half our payment back to us if we proceeded with the will. Chased up with 3 emails and a phone call and still no refund! Always get an excuse, email servers down, in the junk folder or in hospital so emails haven't been looked at. I have asked for acknowledgement of my emails and still nothing.

After a phone call, message and email as below from the company director I have had a refund and a voucher as a gesture of goodwill.

This company was absolutely amazing my dad is blind they made the free will writing process so easy and simple was guided through the process and decided to take out the lasting power of attorneys again greatly handled by this firm couldn't highly recommend enough.

For a start, this "free service" was offered by my insurance agent, not sought out by myself. I had a Will in need of up-dating due to a move of residence, so it sounded a good deal.
Emily sounded competent, although her interpretation of Scots Law varied from mine. Apparently the final document will be available to sign & witness in January 2026.
I'd like to give an opinion then.

I received a call on time for my telephone appointment to make a Will.
Emily explained everything well and answered my questions, the process was easier than I expected which I found pleasing. After the initial set up I was advised on other services in connection with the Will, one of which I took up
there and then and another which I will be considering in the next few weeks.
Overall, a very satisfactory service.

After my initial approach an appointment was made for today. At the appointed time I received a call from Lee Morgan who introduced himself and checked that I wanted to proceed. He then gave a brief breakdown of what we were going through. He was friendly and professional and made sure I was at ease with his questions and also willingly advised the pros and cons of the questions I asked. I found the whole procedure effortless. He was not at all pushy and did not push other products unnecessarily. I was also advised about storage options for my will and an offer of free Will writing for friends and family.
