Incomplete order
Hi, I order front and rear brake system for my bmw. And I paid extra for a fast shipping. And yes everything was delivered except the most important part the 4 brake disc rotors. I'd been calling all week to try and understand how are they going to resolve and every day I call they say something different, today is friday now i got told i have to wait until Monday for a response of the other team even do I been calling all week. I don't recommend FCP Euro. Last time I'm ordering bmw part from this company.

Still waiting for FCPeuro to”reach out” to me from their reply to my review on Feb 28. All they have to do is pay for return shipping and this problem goes away!! Do not purchase from them without double checking that the vehicle make and model hasn’t defaulted during the ordering process.

Unreliable shipping and inventory count
Phone support is 10/10 but you have wait 15+ minutes to get anyone on the phone. There's no live chat.
Shipping times are delayed and unreliable. Inventory counts don't match what's displayed on the website. Don't pay for faster shipping. They can't fulfill the promise.
Used to be the top dog for euro parts. I can no longer recommend them. Please FCP fix your logistics and inventory. Love you guys, you can turn this around.

Trash company they don’t stand by the parts they sell. Bought something for my BMW and part didn’t fit. Wanted me to go jumping through hoops to get a refund. Stay away go to ECS Tuning or any other beware.

Parts and shipping are exaggerated
First, they're sight shows parts available which are not; second there's a timely process whereas it takes them 3 days to process, have parts ordered shipped to them,they mail parts to you; but you've paid for express shipment. Then, they CONSISENTLY, send emails with changes for delivery! My delivery date was changed five times until I canceled my order! I'll never recommend nor utilize their sight again!

I've been ordering service and repair parts for my son's MK7 Golf S now for a couple of years from FCP Euro. So far, they have fulfilled my orders greatly. I do suggest that FCP Euro package brake rotors a bit better. Other than that, it was a good experience all around.

Delivery promises ignored
If you don’t care when you will receive the parts, they’re okay. The do the bait and switch trick on delivery, taking overinflated extra money for early delivery but don’t provide the service. Over the last few years this has happened almost every time. Shop elsewhere and avoid the frustration.

Looking deeper into your order, the package was shipped with UPS using the method selected at check out. However, there is an unexpected delay that is preventing the order from reaching you within the quoted time frame of on or before 2/10. This maybe due to the inclement weather that is moving through the Northeast over the next few days. Our team has refunded the shipping cost back to you, which you will see on posted on your statement in 1-3 business days depending on how quickly your bank is to process. We have also added a $25 store credit to your FCP Euro account to cover expedited shipping on your next order.
