Fearnall's listened to what we wanted and tailored their approach to the sale accordingly. The brochure was well presented and informative. Communication was very good throughout.

I highly recommend Richard at Fearnalls. I found him open, communicative and friendly. Richard is experienced, professional and unflappable. I liked that he conducted most viewings himself, was prompt with feedback and moved the process along effectively. When my buyer pulled out he wasted no time in arranging further viewings and a prompt sale enabling me to go ahead with my purchase. I have no reservations in my recommendation.

The sale proved to be difficult with buyers dropping out and then the Truss budget disaster. Throughout Richard kept going and provided a calming presence when we were getting very stressed. The completion happened very quickly and Richard was on hand to help us through that. I would highly recommend Fernalls.

A brilliant experience all round. Very good proactive communication, rapid response to requests and questions, general excellent customer service.
