We had a free 15 minute consultation with Clemence Camilleri who was really helpful and answered all our questions very knowledgeably and provided us with very useful links. We haven’t taken up the policy yet but we now have all the information we need should we wish to go ahead.

Quick and easy to complete the application form, and fast response from Feather.

Did not expect to get a reply. I suggested that determining cost of cover by age rather than investigating a potential client's health to get a better picture and farer policy cost, was unfair.
But Clemence replied a couple of times explaining the reasoning and gave us further information to help ys during our extended stay in France. Great customer service!!

Veronica was very pleasant and patient, I felt comfortable talking to her and asking any questions I had, I was happy to have someone I could talk to in person.

I am really happy with feather and the wonderful Chris, Daria and Timothy for helping me with some complicated issues and also being super compassionate and kind in a time my dog was not doing so well. I would recommend feather pet insurance.

Feather has great customer service. Great skills in English. They covered me for an emergency surgery with no complications at all and the claims process was easy to follow. I found everything easy to understand and transparent! I would recommend them to anyone who wants/needs Private health insurance in Germany!

I have revised my initial review from 1 star to 4 stars. I am happy to say that Feather have just informed me that I will be fully reimbursed for my costs following attendance at Spanish A and E. They explained that the email they sent me showing reimbursement would be zero, was an automated error. I am very relieved and my trust in this company has now improved. But I will only give 4 stars because of the automated error. But well done Feather for examining the situation and coming to the correct conclusion. Thank you.

My call/query was dealt with efficiently by a very polite and knowledgeable person who assisted me in getting the answers (and ultimately the product) that I needed.

Bought Car insurance from them. Very responsive, and hassle free. Claim process was straightforward and there was an actual human involved every step of the way. An increasingly rare quality these days. Highly recommend them.

Eloi was extremely informative and explained the French health system well. It is very reassuring being able to speak to a consultant face to face. We were able to clarify many points which had caused us concern and we now feel much happier knowing the way ahead. Many thanks to Eloi
