Our FedBiz rep, Kayla, was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed her. She held our hand each step of the way and explained the process clearly so we knew how to proceed.

We've worked closely with Cassie and Sid for more than a year now and we continue to receive Top Notch Quality and Professional advice from BOTH of them! They are attentive to our questions and give us honest assessment of what our Best Practices should be and need to be. As a small business, our timelines to continue to work on our improvements are often bumped around due to urgent customer needs, and Cassie and Sid are always so kind, understanding and accommodating while giving us sound counsel. 5-Star Rating Quality folks!

I was assigned to Cecelia during my "2nd" process for my MBE certification. I couldn't be more happier with Cecelia's efforts. She was energetic, engaged, and tenacious in helping me in getting all of my necessary paperwork submitted in a timely manner. I marveled at Cecelia's patience and care. She was extremely cordial and never once condescended towards me. Cecelia showed an actual care in helping me to get my certification. And I was recently awarded the certificate. I couldn't have been more happier than working with Cecelia. Whoever she is assigned to next, I know he or she will be thrilled in her working with them.

My experience with working with Cecelia from FedBiz was excellant, Cecelia was very helpful with all of our issues, she took time to explain and to make sure we understood what we needed to proceed through the process, wasn't easy but without Cecelia guidance don't think we would have made it through it
