Had a request to leave review and happy to do so. We've used federal management for 5+ years now for debt collection. A great resource for our credit control team.

2 year old invoice recovered quickly so very pleased with service received.

I've given them 3 cases. They succeed only once. the monies recovered barely covered all their fees.
They just charge you upfront giving no guarantees. Only giving their success rate. In my case it was 33%.
The average email response time is over two weeks.

Turned to federal after many broken promises from an irish customer of cheques being sent etc They managed to pin them down and recover our invoice in full within 5 weeks. would recommend.

We used Federal Management to recover an old debt from a customer who was causing us a lot of problems. We received payment in full within two weeks of us contacting Federal Management with a minimal cost.

These guys are great. We had a very old debt and Federal Management stuck at the job and got us as much for us as was available. They are very helpful on the phone and overall are a thoroughly professional company.

We have used Federal Management for a number of years, and they have collected a good percentage of our debts, which would otherwise have been written off. They collected the monies on our behalf, and after deducting a small percentage as commission, paid the balance into our account in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to recommend them, and have been more than happy with the service received.

First time we've had to use a debt collection agency and federal came highly recommended. Successfully recovered monies from a company in London who were blatantly ignoring our emails and calls.

Dealt with Alec initially who understood our problem and promised a swift conclusion which is what we got. Would definately use again if needed and will recommend to others.
