Easy to order, fast delivery, great items and apparently the hot chocolate was divine.

The recipient was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the content and timeliness of the care pack. I'm super grateful it reached her so quick! The site is very easy to search, and when I wanted to make a small change to one of the boxes, Sarah was so friendly and helpful—she customised it for me without any fuss. I ordered the package and it arrived promptly. The recipient said she hadn’t received it so rang Sarah and she rectified the problem quickly. It had arrived but was in a different place to where mail was normally left w by en being delivered by Australia post. Tks again Sarah.
