Too loud, too big, too expensive.

I’m really impressed with my experience with Senza. The ordering process was simple, delivery was quick, and the packaging was discreet which I really appreciated. The product itself is well designed, easy to use.

Customer support has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Senza to others looking for a reliable product and good service.

This is a horrible product and don’t fall for the 60 day money back guarantee it a crock of shit I have been communicating back-and-forth for like over a week now to try and return the item and get my money back. Horrible company to deal with.

Nothing like the advertised item very loude couldn't turn it on or off

One of the functions doesn't work. CS is just giving me the typical run around. I explain, they email and say same tired answer. It's basically trash and I wasted my money. Their refund policy makes no sense. It broke after 1 use, but too many days have passed? Check out other companies and their policies. Also I have to say. it's way too big for the average person.
