Rest assured, we are a genuine company and are here to help you. Sometimes confirmation emails don’t get through (due to a typing error or a filter), which can give that impression. As for your device not charging, this is obviously not normal. So that we can help you quickly, please let us know the email address used during the purchase (or your order number if you have it). As soon as we locate your order, a solution will be put in place without delay🙏🏼
