Absolutely amazing work these people do,I was hesitant as it seemed to good to be true but trust this process it is 1000% ok.
I pick up my new car next week to say I’m excited is an understatement.
U do so little they do all the hard work all you have to do is send over some details and sit back and watch it happen within days this took. I had Chris who is a true star felt like one of my friends messaging me he’s just great.
Don’t let the distance put you off which it did me I’m westbury Wiltshire and they find dealerships local to you.

I've never purchased a car via finance before and I couldn't have asked for better service to be walked through it step by step. Chris was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. Answered any questions I had and was very quick to respond. Very speedy process, I got my car within 5 days. The whole team at female friendly and Jigsaw had excellent customer service skills and communicated with me well.

They helped me with everything especially when I was stuck with what car to go for they helped me pick a good car. They were also amazing with my anxiety and done most of it through whatsapp which really helped me. They also made sure I didn't wait too long without a car they got everything done so quickly. I am very thankful and would definitely go through female friendly finance again. Highly recommend

Barry was especially kind and supportive as my car had been written off in a car accident and he worked hard to source me another Mini within my budget. I contacted female friendly finance and my advisor was Chris He literally can’t do enough of you and the process was so easy. I contacted them on 20 Oct and it was all sorted and my car was ready on 24 Oct. You are talked through it and Chris is always there letting you know the next steps Honestly the easiest finance I’ve ever had. Chris asked what car I liked so gave him 2 options and he sent me all the cars available so you don’t even have to look This company is THE BEST and Chris is a real credit to the company I can now go and enjoy my new car

Chris was so friendly and helpful, he found us plenty of cars that matched what we were looking for. Make us feel like no question was too much hassle and we absolutely love the car that he found us. The whole process was easy and stress free, would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience, they made everything so easy. I wasn't sure I could get finance as my credit is not the best. There was only one phone call, everything else was arranged via WhatsApp which I found really convenient. I gave John my budget and some examples of things I wanted, and he helped me to find the perfect car. It was also zero deposit, which was a great bonus for me. After months and months of car troubles I decided it had to go and a new one was needed, not having time to visit dealerships due to working night shifts I started out searching for a vehicle finance broker to help with my search, I realised it’s a mine field with lots of different companies out there and wanted to find the best one for the task, I came across female friendly finance and after doing quite a bit of research I decided they were the best to work with me , I was helped by Chris who has worked with me for around 2 weeks he is great and has been fantastic from start to finish, I found it to be a very easy process and anything I wasn’t sure of or any questions Chris helped, now I have to admit I wasn’t the easiest to work with having changed my mind about the first car I had chosen (nothing to do with the broker) Chris explained that changing my mind was not an issue and he was right, I finally settled on another car I found and Chris done all the leg work for me allowing me to continue with my usual routine, he was very understanding of my shifts and only contacted me at convenient times for me, he was available day and night which was perfect for me and nothing was ever too much trouble, I collected my new car yesterday and I’m delighted with it, purchasing a car is an expensive big decision so I wanted to get it right I wouldn’t hesitate using female friendly finance again in the future or recommending them to anyone who is starting out on their search they definitely took the stress out of it for me.

Chris was amazing. From the minute I clicked on the website and filled in the form, he was on WhatsApp talking me through the process, keeping me updated and walking me through each step.

I hadn't realised that not only would they sort out the finance but that he would source some suitable cars for me based on what I'd told him. I picked one that I liked and he did everything else including speaking to the dealer to make sure everything was in order.

John, Hanna and all the team have been some of the most helpful, approachable and brilliant people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I've been looking for a new car for some time and due to rebuilding my credit record I've been turned away. Other bad credit lenders Pepper you, harass you and do not give you space to breathe. FFF we're different. They were patient, understanding, not pushy and hnderatand that an individual is more than his score. (I did initially think I couldn't use them as I was male)

I can't speak highly enough of my experience and the difference this will make to my new families life.
