This company are fraudsters. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
The clothes are cheap and flimsy and it definitely isn’t worth the hassle if you need to return and you will need to return. Initially they an offered 50% refund, many, many emails later, no refund, so I done a chargeback through my bank. As soon as the chargeback was done, the company contacted me for me to cancel the chargeback so they could process the refund. Obviously, I did not cancel the chargeback and my refund was processed successfully through my bank.

I’d rate less if I could. Jumpsuits such poor quality I wouldn’t wear them as fancy dress as a zombie. Poor fit. Had to send tracked to china which cost a lot of money. No support from Femn at all. The parcel has now sat at customs for a month and they still won’t refund my money. In total £100 down and they are rude telling me I have to call customs. Disgusting. Useless. Rude. I would never ever use this company if I knew what I know now. Poor!!!

They are a fraud. They pretend to be a European fashion company that encourages women to dress well, but they are nothing more than a worse version of Shein.
I bought a onesie for £40, and the quality is appalling. The sizing is completely incorrect, and they make returns almost impossible because their warehouse is actually located in China.
They initially offer a 50% discount if you keep the item, but they don't process the refund unless you repeatedly chase them or threaten further action.
Do not buy from this company. They are misleading customers, and I hope they disappear from the European market

RIP off company in china. What arrived was nothing like the advertised clothing item.
A number of emails followed and I sent the product back at my own cost to get a refund to China.
One month later and still heard nothing.
Just read that they have closed. They were still advertising recently on Facebook.
Don’t be conned.

the quality is not as expected. The website is very misleading.
Returns appear to be impossible. They tell you that you can return to china at or own cost but request paperwork, photographs then say it’s being reviewed before you can return via track and trace.
You are either contacting many workers or BOT rather than Christine for support.
I feel liike giving up!! I supposedly get 50% off another order if I choose to keep the items, I even got offered 75% off in one of the emails.
I wouldn’t buy from here again and wished I’d checked here first.
I’m sure the stuff would be better from Shein or similar and probably cheaper!!!

Honestly do not waste your money. I ordered 2 jumpsuits of the same style and size one was significantly smaller than the other at least 2” in the leg and an inch all round. They too ages to arrive and were shipped direct from China not via Royal Mail as they advertise. Neither jumpsuit looked like picture. They were both very poorly made and the white one was see through. You can return to China at your own cost or alternatively was offered a 50% refund or discount off my next order! I’m still chasing Christine (obviously a chatbot) for my refund despite sending photos twice and being told my refund is being processed she now tells me it’s being reviewed. I don’t hold out much hope. My advice would be to steer well clear.

Be VERY wary before ordering . The clothing looks great but when received ( for me ) the two items bore little if any resemblance to what I ordered .
I asked for a refund only to find that I must pay shipping costs , proof of shipping etc etc to ASIA .
The other option is 50% refund .
In the end I agreed that and decided to swallow the loss , at first the message received was yes of course from the pictures etc I sent I’d be refunded now I’ve just seen another all supposedly from Christine saying they’d receive the matter .

Purports to be a UK company but clearly isn’t, items take an absolute age to arrive and are incredibly poor quality, ordered two sleeveless jumpsuits in the same size, both eventually arrived, both two completely different sizes and are garbage. Please do not order from this company!!!

The business gives you the impression it is a UK store so I was happy to make a purchase. It turns out the goods are shipped directly from China, and really awful quality. They don't at all look like they do on the website.

When I requested a return, Christine told me they were reviewing my request internally and that I had to wait for this to be approved before I could send the goods back. It's been a month and I am still waiting for 'approval' despite the fact that I send photos of the clothing and packaging and completed their paperwork straight away.

I am not confident that I am going to get my money back. I wish I'd seen the reviews on Trustpilot before I'd wasted my money. Their website gives false reviews. Extremely disappointed 😞

Do not buy from Femnwear! Total scam!
Like many other customers have said, this company is total scam. I ordered three jumpsuits, and they looked nothing like the items shown on the website. The fabric quality was very poor, and the product images were misleading. I have photos to support this, but I was unable to upload them with this review.
When I complained, they tried to persuade me to keep the items by offering a discount on a future purchase. However, the quality was so disappointing that I have no interest in ordering from them again.
It appears that the clothing is shipped directly from China, despite the website presenting the business as UK-based. To return the items, I was required to pay approx £33 postage (non refundable) to send them back to China, which was frustrating.
At the time of writing, I am still not confident that I will receive a refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

Very disappointing experience.

The item I received was of extremely poor quality and faulty. The entire process has been frustrating, and customer service has failed to provide an adequate resolution. What is particularly concerning is that customers are expected to return items to Asia at their own expense, yet this is not clearly disclosed on the website before purchase. As a UK customer purchasing from what appears to be a UK-facing website, I reasonably expected any return process to be handled within the UK.

Potential buyers should be aware that if you need to return an item, you may be required to pay expensive international shipping costs, which could result in losing a significant amount of money. In my opinion, this lack of transparency is misleading.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again and would not recommend them to others.

The website makes it look like this is a UK based boutique. Its not, the items are shipped from Asia, very poor quality and terrible fit. And you have to pay the shipping costs to return, to Asia. Refunds taking 14 days after receipt of goods to be issued. Don't be fooled! I am usually more careful so I am cross with myself but hope this helps others avoid!

Avoid purchasing from this FEMN. The description and advertised clothing do not match the actual item. Poor quality. It was a waste of £39.00, and it took three weeks to receive the item.

The item is poor quality, and what looked like denim on the website is actually some poor quality cheap shiny fabric, and the stitching is terrible. It arrived stuffed and creased in a plastic ziplock bag with no tags. Returns are cumbersome despite its 100% guarantee return policy. You have to fill in a form, take photos get it approved and then send it back to China (which is not mentioned on the website) at your own cost with track and trace, clearly to deter you from returning. Absolute scam and disgrace.

Do not buy from this company. This is not a British company as they purport to be. The items are all shipped from Asia and you have to return at your own expense. I bought a jumpsuit that turned up stuffed into a plastic bag. The material was not the denim material advertised but material akin to kite fabric. Honestly it looks like a cheap fancy dress outfit - I could have made it better myself. They are scamming people. Keep your money and don’t buy from them.

I received the wrong size and the material was far from that expected. I expected denim but a cheap/ shiny material was used. The response from customer service was to purchase correct size with 50% discount. Or return item at cost to myself. Very disappointing and poor customer service

The item wasn’t for me but the company responded quickly and regularly to get the matter sorted, offering options. They were also courteous .
So dealing with them has been very easy . Which is reassuring for people buying on line .
